Hey! According to the CSUEB Nursing website, 8/31 was the deadline for Spring 2022 ? Fall 2022 application period is coming up soon though!!

Unfortunately, no you cannot ? The CSU app & nursingcas & transcripts were all due on August 31st.

Hi guys anyone received this email from Eastbay? Is this means selections getting closer?

Hello Cal State East Bay Nursing applicant, 

Thank you so much for applying to the Pre-Licensure Nursing Program!  

This year we will be admitting and denying students in batches, so not everyone will receive a notification of their admission status at the exact same time. 

Students that don't meet minimum qualifications may receive notices earlier than others.

I got that email as well. One of my friends who got accepted a year ago said that she got the acceptance email in mid-october.

this particular email is just informing everyone who applied that they are sending acceptances and denials at different periods of time and not at the same time. Receiving this email doesn’t indicate that you will get in or not

Oh no! They are sending out notifications ? thanks for letting us know. Did they say why they rejected ? do you mind sharing your stats ? TEAS score ? I am so nervous to hear from this particular school because I live so close to it and really wanting in.

It said:

Your nursing application point total compared to other applicants was not high enough to qualify you for admission or waitlist status. Point totals take into consideration prerequisite GPA, TEAS score and optional point categories.

 

I have a 98.7 TEAS score, 4.0 GPA, 110 hours of health care experience, & 290 hours of community service ? do not have local/language/vet points though.

NP! And yeah, I applied to others, so I’m counting on those ??
