I asked in the loma linda adult forum and someone told me that they won't for the initial certs, but they'll offer to pay for any other certs you want to get when you're working :/ have you started onboarding yet?

Hi, I was wondering if there are anyone who works at LLLUCH? How is the new grad residency program? Is LLUCH a good company to work for? How is the pay? What is the pay diff for evenings, nights, weekends? I would appreciate any information thank you!

Do you know if the pay will increase during the residency program? I read somewhere that someone said they had their pay increased in 6 months and again at 1 year, but I don't know if that still applies.

thanks for the advice! I guess I'm just overwhelmed by the information, especially for all the Box infos in the chapter ? they're all pretty long and are detailed, so I feel like I'm running out of time studying for other stuff when I'm stuck on trying to know it.

This is very helpful. I was getting overwhelmed with the reading, and didn't know how to decide which information I needed to know vs which to disregard for my notes.
