Hi everyone! I was just wondering, for those who got rejected to the nursing program, were you still able to get admitted to East Bay? By that I mean, if you got to your portal does it say you still got admitted into the school? If anyone can answer, I would really appreciate it thanks.

Didn’t east bay required you to put in an alternate program?

Yeah, it did! I was still accepted into the school but for my alternative program. I wasn't able to find where it stated that that's why I wanted to see if someone did but I finally did just now! LOL.

Hey! I recently sent an email to the nursing department and asked how many people are typically accepted from their waitlist. Here was their response:

“Congratulations on making it to the wait list!  That alone is a great accomplishment considering the hundreds of applications we received.

Historically, we have offered admission to at least half of the waitlisted applicants and often times more than half.  It is really difficult to predict how many applicants who were offered admission will decline.”

…so for those of us on the waitlist, don’t lose hope! And if you don’t get in this term, reapply! We will ALL make it into a program one day soon!! Good luck to each of you!! ❤️❤️
