I interviewed on Thursday. And got the email back on Friday that they offered the 2nd interview. I heard it will be a whole group of new grad for the 2nd round but no ideas how it works

I read the contract last time , they mentioned 50% internal and 50% external. But not sure if they based on that? I knew John Muir last cohort they went all internals, only 3-4 externals got in
