Hello everyone, 

Application period is officially open so I wanted to start a thread and see how everyone's feeling! 

Specializes in Pre-Nursing.

How many people do you think applied since they weren’t accepting applications for a few cycles? I wonder if they’d tell us if we were to reach out and ask.

Science : 3.5

Overall : 3.6

I got points for being local, healthcare worker ( I am a LVN) , bilingual. I think they really look into those supplements criteria. Goodluck to everyone who got in. I am happy to be in the waitlist ?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been waitlisted. Middle 1/3 - still praying I get in!

4.0 cumulative GPA, 88.7 TEAS, local, multicultural volunteer experience. 
 

Congrats to everyone who made it! It’s been a journey, but you finally did it! Hopefully us waitlisters can join you very soon!

Hey! For those who got admitted, did they give you a specific deadline (date) to accept admission? If so, do you mind sharing what it is?

Hey guys! So I got accepted! I’ll share my stats for students and future students to compare. I was on the lower range with my stats  

TEAS 80.7%
GPA 3.8

Local student - CCC transfer 

10 years of medical related experience PLUS all my reference letters expanded on my multicultural experience 

 

I am accepting my spot  - acceptance deadline is 11/2/21

Hello, yes the deadline is November 2nd

I know a couple of people already that isn’t going to accept the offer so more spots!

I was also placed on the upper 1/3 of the waitlist closest to the beginning of the list... I am hoping with all my heart that I get in/:  Congrats to all of you who have earned a spot in the Nursing cohort! I hope to be joining you soon ❤️

I also wonder if SFSU will send out acceptances before 11/2. I know that a lot of people apply multiple places, so hopefully that’ll shake things up some more LOL. #keephopealive
