Hi!

As application period for the ASBSN program at Stan State is nearing, I was hoping to get a thread going so I can talk to others interested in this program.

Anyone here applying?

Has anyone gotten some type of confirmation from the department that they received your application? 

As soon as I submitted mine through Cal State Apply, I received an email saying my campus will email me in the next 5-7 business days to confirm that they received my application. It's been more than 7 days and I haven't received any emails from them since then.

Just anxious LOL. I want to make sure I'm doing it right because I can't afford any more setbacks.

Hey all! Just sent in my final transcript to complete my application. This is definitely my first choice school so I'm really hoping for it. I'm nervous like all of you! My TEAS score was a 90% but I got a B in Anatomy, so my Science GPA isn't a perfect 4.0. I'm currently in an EMT-B program but I don't know if it will really make a difference since I won't complete it until 9/1. But I hope we all get some good news in October! ❤️

Hi all, I am so confused. Is there no letter of recs or statement of purpose essay for the school? 

Same for CSU San Marcos if anyone knows.

Correct. It id all based on the points system

Hey everyone!  Good luck on your applications!  

I was wondering if anyone is also applying to the regular BSN Spring 2022 program?  I don't see any other threads for it.. and the application window is literally opening in days.

I read in an earlier post that implied the application window might be the same for both, and now I'm questioning everything.

Hello! I’m not applying to the regular BSN program but the application for that opens this August 1st ☺️

Hey everyone, before submitting my app I just want to make sure I'm writing my Course name and number correctly. For example did you guys write "Biol 20: Principles of Physio" or only "Biol 20"?

@Reya  Are you applying for the Regular BSN program?

@ohmmkayy started a new thread and you can join us there if so.

I started my application today and put both the description and the course number.  I think it shows an example at the top of the grid.  I'm trying to figure out my points right now.

Hi, I have the same concern, but still don't receive any official confirmation email yet. Has anyone had an update about whether you received an email confirmation or a specific student ID number from Stanislaus? and what it says? Best luck to everyone.Thank you.

Hello! I actually sent an email to the program coordinator. He replied to me within a couple days, confirming that the school has received everything they need. A week later, I received an automated email from Stan State’s ASBSN email confirming my application. For reference, I sumitted my application on the first week of July and received the automated email on July 23rd. Hope this helps.

@Fiona Zhou I received my confirmation just this morning, so you might get it this week if you haven't already. Also check your spam/junk mail just in case! I submitted my application the weekend before the due date.
