I wasn't sure either so I emailed the program coordinator. Here's what he said: They will be emailed to your personal email and possibly CSUSTAN email, so both emails. They will go out before or on October 1st, 2021. So I guess it could come any time this week. Ahhh this makes me nervous! Best of luck to us ?

Hello! I actually sent an email to the program coordinator. He replied to me within a couple days, confirming that the school has received everything they need. A week later, I received an automated email from Stan State’s ASBSN email confirming my application. For reference, I sumitted my application on the first week of July and received the automated email on July 23rd. Hope this helps.

Hello! I’m not applying to the regular BSN program but the application for that opens this August 1st ☺️

Has anyone gotten some type of confirmation from the department that they received your application? As soon as I submitted mine through Cal State Apply, I received an email saying my campus will email me in the next 5-7 business days to confirm that they received my application. It's been more than 7 days and I haven't received any emails from them since then. Just anxious LOL. I want to make sure I'm doing it right because I can't afford any more setbacks.

I just submitted my application as well! How's everyone feeling? The three month wait is going to be a torture for me for sure... ?

I believe that was the cut off point. She said she doesn't remember specifically but the lowest was between 85-87. Gives me some hope at least LOL.

I attended the last info session this week, and Dr. Stanley mentioned that their cut off point for the last cohort was in the 85-87 range. She also said that the application will be completely online, but the requirements and selection process remains the same. I am hoping they will update the website before June 1st so we can get a feel of how the application process will go.

Thank you Abigail! I'm at 92 points minimum (estimating my overall GPA, haven't had the time to sit down and actually tally everything) including the optional points. I am now debating if I should retake the TEAS one more time to see if it will help me. It just seems like all programs are getting more and more competitive as years go by.

Hi everyone! I was unable to attend the info session for this month. Just wondering if they mentioned any changes to the application and what their cut off point was for the recent cohort? Thanks!

I just looked at Stan State's website and it looks like they just updated the nursing page with the stats from Spring 2021 admission: Spring 2021 Admission Number of Applications: 207 (40 seats available) Average Overall GPA: 3.73 Average Science Pre-requite GPA: 3.79 Average Non-Science Pre-requite GPA: 3.67 Average ATI TEAS: 92% Spring 2020 Admission Number of Applications: 155 (40 seats available) Average Overall GPA: 3.51 Average Science Pre-requite GPA: 3.74 Average Non-Science Pre-requite GPA: 3.64 Average ATI TEAS: 84% I'm surprised with the jump of average TEAS scores, I might have to retake my TEAS to increase my chances of getting in.

I'm hoping it's enough to get into the program, given how super competitive it is here in CA. ? are you applying to other schools besides Stan State?

Hi everyone! I am applying for the Spring 2022 cohort as well. As far as point cutoffs, I don't think they report it, unfortunately. There was no discussion of it as well from the previous cohorts here. But yes, they do have their average GPA and TEAS scores available on their website. I am currently retaking Micro and if all goes well (crossing my fingers on this one), I'll have 92 points (including CSU graduate, health care experience, and bilingual points). Good luck everyone!
