Hi everyone!

Who among you guys are going to apply for the 2017 track? Either Spring or 2017!

What classes are u still doing? Have you guys attended the Health Orientation already? I'm about to attend mine tom! I'm transferring credits from other school, and looking at the degree sheet, I need to take 5 classes more so all the Prereqs and Gen Eds are all done (after the 5 class)

Lets help everyone whose trying to get in and might help each other out on whoever is trying to get in as well!

Good night

I'm applying with 36 points, fingers crossed! I'm turning mine in at the end July. I was thinking of retaking the Kaplan to try to squeeze in another point, but my exam day is August 20th, so I might just give the spot up

what school did you attend?

OMG!!! So we might have to go through the CNA program just to apply?

As far as the Kaplan, I did outstanding in 3 parts but that reading got me. If they average everything together, then I am sure my scores would be within the required range.

Does anyone know how many times you can take the TEAS test? I know the Kaplan is unlimited...

I think they are both unlimited but with 3 months in between tests for both.

Just got word that they are not going through with the change that requires a CNA license before applying. So, anyone that doesn't get in for Spring 2017 can apply for Fall 2017 and not have to stress about the CNA. This is all I've heard so far, and their page on the website is "under construction.

Yes starting the fall2017 semester you will have to compete the can program in addition to the existing pre reds.. Just to apply for the rn... That's what the health programs counselor had said

When did you last talk to someone about this? Because I've now heard from 2 different people who were told this last week that they won't go through with that change. They WERE going to require it, but decided against it.

I spoke with someone on Tuesday then on Wednesday of this week and they both confirmed that the CNA class WILL NOT be required anymore. There will be some changes, but that's not one of them anymore probably going to be testing scores I'm guessing. I also got an email from the CNA teacher stating that is not required for 2017 anymore. The website is still under construction, I hope it's fixed by the beginning of this next semester.

Yes I checked and its under construction. Glad to know about the no need for CNA. However, did the test score requirements change for TEAS or Kaplan for Spring 2017?

I took the Kaplan test 2 times and I cannot pass the writing portion. I want to know if they are considering the point average on the test because then I am ok. I am doing the PN program right now. I need to get the Kaplan test done by June 1st 2017. I heard if you are in the LPN program they let you get in the Bridge even though you don't have the minimum score in everything. I don't know how low they will go but I missed by two questions.

Man if that is true that will be awesome! i still can't find any where on the website where it states we don't need CNA course anymore. I hope they post something soon! Anyway thank you for sharing this info!
