Hello All! Congrats to everyone with interviews/acceptance letters. I sent my application in today to the Hollywood campus pending my CCRN which I am signed up for this September. Wondering if anyone has heard anything from Hollywood yet? Anxious and excited!

Hi! Keeping my fingers crossed for the both of us! I applied two weeks ago today to the Hollywood campus and on Monday I got an email saying they’re reviewing applications. Not sure what that time frame is usually like but I’ll keep you updated!

Awesome, thanks! One of my friends is in the WPB cohort from last year and she said Hollywood/FtL is one of the larger cohorts, so I’m hoping that helps us 😁

Working on my application now. Any thoughts or pointers.  I have A MSN with 3.91 GPA. Currently in chem/lab & statistics.  I have Taken advanced pathology, pharmacology, health assessment, and research. All “A’s”.  Ccrn in October.  Been an RN for 10 years. Will have 14 Months cardiovascular ICU, level 1 trauma center by start date.  My GRE was low and I’m retaking at end of year.  Have all pals/acles/cpr. Part of code team and rapid response team.  Advice welcome!

For anyone who has applied, was it strictly through NursingCAS or do we also have to apply to Barry University as well? I have everything finished through NursingCAS but when I tried to put in my application through Barry University, DNP in Nursing Anesthesia was not an option as a major to apply to.

I got my letter today! I'm in!!!! I'll be at the Orlando campus!

Got my interview call the end of July for Aug 16 interview.

Hi! Congratulations! So excited for you and your endeavor :). When you applied, did you apply strictly through NursingCAS or did you also have to put in an application with the school? If so, which program major did you choose? When I tried to put in my application through the school, DNP in Anesthesia was not an option we could choose.

I believe it’s strictly through NursingCAS.  From previous readings I think The application process changed . I just Submitted mine on 8/28 through NursingCAS only

Thank you! Explains why I couldn't find the program to apply to through Barry U's website. I wasn't sure as USF wanted both NursingCAS and through their graduate school :). I've seen users post that they have submitted prior to their letters coming in. I wasn't aware we could do that!

From reading back it seems people have submitted apps with most requested documents and some that are “in process”.  My letters of recommendation were completed. It was my actual transcript entry through NuraingCas that was in process.  I submitted everything and put a copy of my unofficial transcripts in my app to go by until my official are completed.  I hope It’ll help me!  I’m worried about my stats overall.
