The Pearson lady just called...I got an appointment to test next Monday...yeah! I thought it would be two weeks like they said at first. The only drawback is this testing center is 2 1/2 hours away...oh well it's worth it! Will let ya'll know if the power stays on this time...if it's out again, I'll run to the nearest Theology school and become a Preacher because this must not be his intended career for me.... :)

If it helps...
In my previous career/life I took the LSATs for Law School and the proctor FORGOT to show up!!!! When we called (there was about 12 of us at the site) we were in a national toll free number and no one would believe us so after about 2 hours on the phone- someone finally believed us. We got a procotor about 5 hours later!!! I refused to take them that day. Tried to take them later (without repaying)- that was a lesson in presistence.
So- I am glad to hear they called you! and you have an appointment! Needless to say, I have a new life and I am now a nurse.
Best of Luck

Went to my scheduled test date--today...carpooled with a friend who just happened to get the same date, we get there after an hour drive...we have to pee, so we go to the bathrooms--no lights...hmmm that's strange maybe they haven't turned them on yet...feel my way around for the urinal...think I found it but not sure (not going to feel anymore because don't want to touch a urinal yuck)..started to go...alright I hear water must be it...try to wash my hands...settle with rinsing and whiping off on my pants...go in to sign in or whatever I'm supposed to do...they tell us the power is out in the building because an RV hit the pole out front (hmm that's why there was a crew out front when we pulled up)...they tell us to check back in an hour...we go for a walk because we're so nervous...come back still no power they tell us they can wait another half hour then we will have to reschedule...still no power after waiting...fine whatever...call the number given to me to reschedule..."we have a process to go through but we'll take your number and get back to you"...now I'm sitting on my couch hoping they will freaking call me soon because I think I might just explode...
Anyway thank you for allowing me to vent,
Larry (supposed to be LPN soon, if the power stays on)
