I am truly sorry for asking. Your right. I was very overwhelmed with homework and still am. I did it myself and I found resources on here to find the information I needed to research for my essay. I took three days.

I'll have more confidence in myself next time. I do feel better that I did it.

I have some challenges ahead during this year but I will succeed and do it myself. I really want to be a nurse. so I hope you accept my apology.:bluecry1:

You'll surely have many other questions as you go through nursing school and enter this challenging career.

We certainly do not want to discourage you from asking those questions, but we always appreciate you doing as much work as you can before you ask. This is because nursing, unlike other occupations, actually changes the way you think about problems. A lot of the work you do will seem silly and wasteful, but it's actually a mental exercise to help you learn how to think like a nurse.

You'll find that you are in good company with other students and nurses very happy to help you over the tough spots. A lot of us have come to regard Allnurses as one of the best nursing resources on the Internet, and you might find that true as well.

this thread had gotten closed before i had time to post this website for nurses who served in vietnam. i worked with some who had served there. forgot their names, but remembered some of their stories. i read a book about a nurse who serve in vietnam, home before morning, which has been recently republished. nurses are forgotten victims of war. i had a hard time caring for victims of shootings and stabbings from the streets. i can't imagine what military nurses who serve in armed conflict endure.
