Cook Childrens 2014 Residency

Hello,

I have started the application process for the Jan 2014 cohort at Cook Childrens. Does anyone who has interviewed or been accepted for prior cohorts have any advice for the essay that is required or interview? I have completed the whole application but get stuck when writing the essay!! So much to say in it but I can't seem to get started.

Do they normally call everybody on the same day, or do they call a few one day and the rest the next? Hmm...

Last year they made calls one day and the emails went out in the afternoon the next day.

What day did they call last year?

People were getting calls around 6 last night.. And my tour guide said her call came around 5 on Wednesday
