Cook Childrens 2014 Residency

Hello,

I have started the application process for the Jan 2014 cohort at Cook Childrens. Does anyone who has interviewed or been accepted for prior cohorts have any advice for the essay that is required or interview? I have completed the whole application but get stuck when writing the essay!! So much to say in it but I can't seem to get started.

I am in nursing school now getting my BSN, and I am going to apply for the Cook's residency next year. I see everyone mentioned how the interview questions were really tough and different from other interview questions. Can anyone be a little more specific on the types of questions they are asking? Thanks!
