Completed Suzzane's 1st Tip!!!!!!!!

I have just completed suzzane's 1st tip, i dedicated my self to completing it and did only that, my husband told me i was crazy. I actually knew alot more material than i thought, when i was doing all those questions, i really suprised myself with how much i knew and remembered after having graduated a year and a half ago, I feel as if following suzzane's plan this time is my only hope, my husband is very supportive and understanding and tells me to take my time with retesting, but how much more time can i take, i'm either going to be a nurse or not. i have always believed that there is a time for everything, and i pray that this is my time to pass this nclex test, my family and i have had to make a lot of sacrifices through the years since i decided that i wanted to become a nurse, and i don't want those sacrifices to be in vain. i am going to complete studying and follow suzzane's plan until i pass that darn test, because I deserve to be a nurse and have worked so hard at it.

wow, well that makes alot of us doing Suzannes plan then. I'm still on her first tip and I have a very long way to go! I'm on Gastrointestinal disorders :banghead:I'm hoping that I'll finish by next week since I plan on testing in September! Well to all of us hoping to Pass, Goodluck to us all. Seems like alot of us are determined to pass which makes our chances all the more better!!! Goodluck.

I'm also doing the first part of Suzanne's plan. I hope to finish up this week.

There was no way I could do the first part in a week because the book has 76 chapters. I suppose if you were very, very dedicated you might breeze thru it in a week but I certainly couldn't. That's a lot of questions.

Hard to tell, you have to do the quizzes in each chapter so will depend on how you do to whether you have to review and re do any of them

I too am working on Suzanne's 1st tip, I'm about half way through the book. It's a lot of information and sometimes I know my weak spots before I even get to those chapters but other times I really do surprise myself. I think the last half of the book will go quicker than the first because the chapters are actually longer but we'll see. I probably won't test til September at this point (haven't gotten my ATT yet).

The first tip is only a review, it is meant to show you where your weak points are so that you can get them covered before you start the actual program.

It is going to be difficult for most to get thru the first tip in just a week.

Cramming is the worst thing that you can do for this exam, you do not retain the information and that is what you need to be able to do. This exam is unlike anything that you have ever seen for those of you that have not tested before.

Best of luck to you, but you should never be preparing 8 hours per day, just not a good idea. The information goes in one side and then out the other. Way too much information to cram in to your brain in just a week.

Wow...just when I thought I was the only one going through this battle......I feel like I have soo much pressure from family, friends and co workers....I just started my first tip with Suzanne and im hoping this is my time to pass as well....Its been soo hard...physically, emotionally and definately mentally.....thanks to all for your support and words of encouragement.....feels good to know im not alone....:nuke::nuke:
