WE DON'T GET PAID FOR IT! Management says, "What goes around comes around and over the years it evens out..." It sucks!
You may want to check your local labour laws, I worked for a hospital that did this for years, many nurses never end up working on the spring forward time change so it was a case being forced to work for free. The nurses complained and as it turned out, it was against labour laws. The hospital administration began paying the extra hour from that point on, otherwise they were at risk of being fined.

I am currently so over listening to a few people at work complain incessantly about the one extra hour we have to work tonight.
Bleech.
