I'm researching that program and thinking of applying. I just graduated from their RN to BSN program in August and I really enjoyed it.

Hey guys! I too am interested in applying to this program. Currently, I am preparing to take the GRE in Nov or Dec. Anyone else preparing for the GRE?

I realize this post is old. Just wondering if you applied. I'm looking at applying as well.

I applied to the Columbus State University FNP fall 2016 and have not heard back yet whether or not I am accepted into the program. Has anyone received word?
Thanks,
Sarah

Congratulations. How long did it take you to get a decision after you applied ?
They take applications annually until April 15 then decide from that pool of applicants for their fall start date.

Congratulations! I intend to apply there next year but will like to get more info about the program. Do you know any body who is currently in the program? I know it is online and you have to look for your preceptor.

I was accepted as well! I got my BSN from CSU in 2013 and was excited to learn there was an FNP program. Great faculty and a great school. I live in Atlanta now so I'm having trouble finding a preceptor with all the competition from other programs. Are you taking patho and pharm this summer?
I live in Michigan and chose to do their part time option. I have toddlers so I want to delay clinicals for a year. This will make the program 3 years for me. I am currently listening to itunes Dr. C? i think? free biology pathophysiology lectures online and am finding them quite helpful if Im just driving or weeding in garden and such. I figure it will help to have that extra prep before I begin patho in the fall. Ive heard its hard to find placement sites in big cities.
Awesome thanks for the tip about the lectures, and congrats on being accepted!
