Columbia ETP 2015

Has anyone started a thread yet? The application is due in 174 days and as you can see I'm already obsessing.

Anyone else?!

I'm a little nervous because one of the schools i've applied to has been inviting applicants to interviews, and I've not yet heard back :(. I don't think I can stand to wait 4 more weeks

One school started notifying people of admissions weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything good OR bad. I can't stand it. I don't even really want to go there but the anticipation is holding me over until Columbia lets us know what's what.

I also have a pretty meh undergrad GPA and while my experience is good I worry it's nothing compared to other applicants. Too bad allnurses participation doesn't count for something with the admissions people!

I received an email saying my application is complete and has been sent to committee for review. Anyone else?

I feel like I may have received an email like that quite a while ago. Did you just get it recently? Hope the admissions people are making progress!

I got that email a few days ago too! I thought it was because I uploaded a new transcript including my last pre-req but I wasn't sure..

ahhh only 4 more weeks!

Is it this email? "As you progress through the application process, it is always our aim to keep you informed on your progress. Your application has passed the initial admissions review and your application is complete. We will now forward your application to the Faculty Admissions Committee. We will keep you updated as the process continues. If you are currently completing coursework, we will email you in the near future on how to submit these grades. If you have any questions, please let us know. We look forward to reviewing your application and wish you good luck."

Yes, that's the one! I also submitted my fall grades yesterday so maybe that's why they sent that? How are you all waiting? I was out earlier today and refreshed my email every 10 minutes

I was finishing up a prerequisite and just uploaded my newest transcript recently, so I guess that's why I got it. I'm only assuming, but that would make sense.

I'm retaking stats and taking a forensic nursing class online. And I'm babysitting. Just trying to stay busy and keep my mind off decisions. Lol 4 weeks!

I will spend the next 4 weeks taking A&P lol and working =) ... Trying not to think about it but its a total fail because I'm constantly checking this forum as well as my email lol

I don't know if we've discussed this here, but where is everyone from? I'm from Long Island, NY. Approx. 1+ hrs by train & subway from Columbia.
