Columbia CRNA 2020

Hello all,

I wanted to start a thread for any perspective applicants for Columbia's Anesthesia program for 2020. I submitted my application last week and wanted to hear if anyone was called for interviews yet.

My stats: ADN 3.7 BSN 4.0 CCRN, CMC, CRNI, BLS/ACLS instructor, recently promoted to unit clinician. 2.5 years of Cardiac ICU in a large level 1 teaching hospital. (of note: went to school close to 10 years and have poor grades)

good luck to everyone who interviewed ! I’ve been stalking this page to hear if anyone received and news about acceptance ! The wait is the worst!

They told us we should here back around thanksgiving, but my gut feeling is telling me a little later the way they notified us for interviews. So I decided to just not think about it. Lol. Hopefully I’m wrong about them telling us later.

Dr. Masi said we should know before thanksgiving. Thanksgiving this year falls on the 28th. So I’m hoping in the next week or two.
