Hi guys, Can you please share your interview feedback? What kind of things are they looking for? I heard that they are very GPA oriented. Is that true? I am planning to apply next year. I just wanted to prepare myself to the best of my abilities. Any suggestions from those who applied? Thanks a lot.

To those who didn’t get in, including myself: it is disappointing, I get it. It will take sometime to grief. As my friend told me : allow yourself to grief for a bit but then pick up and move on. Something we did on the interview that could have been done better. It is competitive. So let’s analyze what can be improved, improve it and move on. Since we all in the same shoes now, I can suggest to form a group, in which we can do mock interviews and help each other. If anyone interested let me know.

Hello everyone, I am also applying to CRNA program. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to stay calm during the interview? What strategies have you used? I have been to multiple interviews before, did presentations But when I had the interview for crna program I could not stop shaking. Not sure what got to me. They probably think I can’t control myself under the pressure. If I’m in the room with a crushing pt , I know exactly what to do. But this was not the case at the interview. I was just wondering if anyone has any tips. I greatly appreciate.

I would probably give it another week. I check my e-mail daily, but honestly don't expect anything until the last week of November. So many people applied and interviewed. They have to go through so many applications and notes. Plus, all of them still teach ( I think).

Dr. Masi said we should know before thanksgiving. Thanksgiving this year falls on the 28th. So I’m hoping in the next week or two.
