Hi all! I was wondering who else is applying to the CHOC New Grad program for the June 2017 cohort. I've been checking the website and nothing has opened up. Anyhow, let's keep each other updated here and good luck to all my fellow new grads!

For anyone who has finished the application, where in the application can we upload our reference/recommendation letters??

I applied Friday. I believe your resume and cover letter was uploaded at the beginning.

I had this issue as well... I found out that you can upload up to 5 files (I think?) in your profile, which is separate from your application. I included my cover letter, resume, and letters of recommendation there. Hopefully that was the right thing to do!

I called HR and they said to upload them to our profile, which is yes separate from our application. So I suppose that is the right thing to do! :)

How do you access your profile? I am having trouble.

Also,is there a way to delete the resume you have uploaded in the very beginning of the application?

Not sure if you can delete a submitted resume but you can view/ edit the application that was submitted. To get to your profile go to the right hand side of the screen and scroll down a little after logging in. The link is in tiny print.

Hey guys :) I just submitted my application as well and was wondering how you uploaded your resumes and letters of rec to your profile. I can't seem to find how.

On the right hand side of the page you can access your profile and thats where documents are uploaded

Do you have to have your license already to apply to CHOC new grad program?

It says it's not required during the application process but is required by the time the program starts.It looks like the application is closed now though..
