Children's Colorado New Grad Program March 2014 Start

Hi!

So I couldn't find a thread for the March 2014 start date, so I thought I would start one! How is everyone? I believe we find out soon if we were selected for interviews. Anyone know anything else?

I am in the same boat as you UCAFblue, I graduated in August and have had my license since September. Good luck with the NCLEX to all who have to take it still!

I'm glad I'm not the only one sep71114! It's been really difficult/frustrating finding anything, so I'm REALLY hoping Children's will work out.

Hi all! I interviewed for the NICU today and asked at the end when we would expect to hear about whether we get an offer or not. Donnya said they were reviewing applications this Friday and would likely be making calls early next week. So, we don't have to wait to long!! (at least NICU applicants) Best of luck :)

I interviewed today also. I forgot how many positions were available. Did you?

I interviewed for the NICU yesterday too...got the same information that everybody else has posted. I figure we have about a 50/50 chance...not too bad I guess.

I also interviewed for the NICU as well as oncology this morning. Going to be a long week waiting! Good luck everyone :)

Just wanted to wish good luck to you all! I've worked in both the Birth Center and NICU at UCH and the NICU at Children's, and both facilities are great places to work!

Good luck everyone. I was told that in addition to NICU I was also interviewing for an overall new grad position. Did anyone else hear that too?

lkk0718, I was only told I was being considered for the NICU. They never mentioned anything about an overall new grad position. Do you have more than one interview?

No second interview so I'm not too sure how that is supposed to work. Donnya asked general med/surg type questions during the interview. I suppose she was interviewing me for both NICU and overall new grad position? We'll see what happens.
