Yes, I applied also. I believe we are supposed to hear something this week in regards to interviews.

I also applied. There are a few others that chimed in on the general thread for spring 14 Denver residency programs. Good luck. According to what was posted on the Children's website during the application time, we should hear this week.

Woops! I didn't see there was another thread. I think having a dedicated thread for Children's is smart anywho :) Good luck this week- I'm sure everyone else is on pins and needles waiting to hear back.

Yeah I wondered if people would miss the other thread. Just wanted to mention there are a few others. The CO threads don't seem as active as some. Anyway - fingers crossed that tomorrow we all get called for an interview.

Did they say anything about how many people applied and/or how many they are accepting. I seriously think I skip a beat every time my phone dings with a new email.

They said about 300 applied, they have room for about 70 interviews, and there are 30 slots. They said about 600 apply for the fall start. Good luck! I know my heart is racing too! They did apologize if we didn't get interviews as they don't want to crush any dreams, and there are other avenues to work at Children's if in fact we don't get an interview. I'm crossing fingers for all of us!
