Do you paper chart or do you have "fancy" Computer charting?
I do a combination. I chart visits on a google docs sheet on the computer, but chart medications on paper. Health screenings are inputted into our schools computer software program. I am hoping to start using all computer charting next year, but we'll see if it gets set up for me.
I do exactly the same
I am a telemetry nurse in a medium sized hospital, our tele floor has 32 beds I believe- ICU has 9 beds- and we still paper chart too - the meds, vitals and labs are all on the computer now and CPOE prints all our orders for the clerk to put in the patient chart flagged for us to see and sign. We have a 'trifold' for each patient that we document in through the day that holds the assessment and all nurses notes
I document everything using eSchool and I try to document realtime. Even if the clinic is very busy I am generally able to at least enter a student into the daily log within minutes of their arrival. I have worked in a district where the practice is to paper chart and enter later. The problem with this practice is that the nurse may not be immediately alerted if the student has any medical issues - allergies, asthma, cardiac condition, IBS etc. In eSchool once you enter a student into the daily log, a medical alert appears next to the name if the student has any health concerns, making my job a little easier.

As I mentioned above, I miss SNAP so very much. SchoolBrains is great for the school, but it has a long way to go to be SNAP.
That said, I love computer charting.
