I did not- won't make that mistake again :-( this was my first time applying at any school. I will be volunteering a lot and then I will apply for RCC, Mt Sac, and maybe Citrus. I'll apply at Chaffey again also. Did you guys apply at other schools ?

I didn't apply to other schools, I only applied to Chaffey. I'll be applying again in January, along with Loma Linda, Riverside, and Western Governors.

notify my acceptacne to nursing Dept. by Oct.23 Monday

Mandatory orientation is on Oct.27 Friday

TEAS offered on Nov.17 Friday and Nov.18 Saturday

I recevied the acceptacne letter on Oct.10 Tuesday.I live in Irvine.

Yeah! I am really happy. I finally have something that I can start with!

Since I already have my TEAS scores, I'm in!

I don't expect from other schools, so I will take this seat.

Updates for those interested in Chaffey program (Info that never found from Online)

1. Alternate List

a. Chaffey sent 10 Alt letters

b. 7 out of 10 attended on the mandatory orientation

c. Alt ranks were not given on the letter

d. Alt ranks will be given based on his/her TEAS score

2. Accepted applicants

a. over 30 out of 40 attended on the mandatory orientation

b. one student is a veteran (Chaffey offers the highest priority to members of U.S armed forces)

c. most students turned in their TEAS results

3. TEAS

a. For alternate applicants, alt rank will be given based on their TEAS results

b. For alternate applicants, if you fail the TEAS (below 62%), you are out. You need to apply again

c. For accepted applicants, if you fail the TEAS offered by Chaffey (Below 62%), you will be given one more chance (Chaffey will hold your seat)

Chaffey may ask you to take other courses. If you get over 62%, you are in. If you fail again, you are out. you need to apply again

d. For accepted applicants, ok to take TEAS at another schools; however, if you fail there, Chaffey will not hold your seat. you are out. Important.

To submit our TEAS score, do they want it sent from the ATI website or do they accept a printout? I didn't take my TEAS at Chaffey last week, I took it somewhere else.
