Has anyone given any care to a celebrity? You don't have to give names.
I've only heard the vicious rumors about celebrity admits from coworkers. Never actually been the nurse, but rumors are fun even if they aren't quite true.
John Travolta's wife and he are exceptionally nice and family oriented people.
Rod Stewart has some bizarre eating habits.
Stephen King can be teasingly friendly, but also uses his celebrity pull- but used it on someone who wasn't all that impressed at one hospital. But they loved him anyway in the end.
Christopher Reeve still has a really nice butt. (and eyes to swoon over)
There, does that satisfy some celebrity gossip seekers?
I took care of a famous woman. The day she died, Jay Leno made a joke about it on the Tonight Show, and mentioned the name of the city where our facility was, and that she had died there.
This woman worked with and had potentially damaging knowledge involving very powerful polititans, especially one in particular. There have been quite a few books and articles written speculating about what she knew and the role she played in one particular polititan's activities. The polititan is deceased also.
There was even an episode on 20/20 about her and what she knew, the week after she died. There was lots of stuff on "A Current Affair" and all the gossip type TV shows about her and the famous polititan she worked with.
She was very ill, so hardly spoke when she was on our unit, but she was nice.

I used to know a nurse who took care of Klaus Von Bulow's comatose wife, Daisy.

Nope. Hogan's definition sounds better for Hippa (a female hippo). HIPAA is what you are describing.

Um - just for reference, mine was a joke - I know nothing about Mickael Jackson's personal health stuff. Never been near the man to my knowledge.
