Hello!
I applied for the RN residency program this morning around 2 am because I heard it normally closes up fairly early, but it looks like it is still going! Does anyone know information on how the process normally goes? I got an internal referral, does that improve my chances at all? Thanks in advance!
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone recieved their confirmation date to interview for either 5N (tele) or 5SE (pulmonary Medical)...I got my connectivity test date last week but no confiramtion email today. Hoping I get confiramtion by tomorrow..wondering if these units are just behind. Thanks!

Hey Hannah! I'm hoping right along with you. I'm sure we will get it soon as the connectivity test email stated sometime this week ? let me know when you hear back!

They don't take too long (although it sure feels like it) to reach out to applicants to schedule interviews. The interviews will be on September 1st & 2nd so I'm guessing they would probably let us know within the next 2-ish weeks.
The last cohort (Summer '21) played out like this:
- May 25th: Applications open
- June 7th: People started receiving rejection emails.
- Some received them earlier if they didn't meet basic requirements like providing transcripts, RN license, etc.
- I heard the application status will change to "No Longer Under Consideration" when they get the rejection email. (Oddly, my status never changed until August 2nd which was the day applications opened for THIS cohort...may my application was never opened?)
- End of June: Interviews were held.
- July 2nd: People began receiving job offers.
Regarding the referrals, I'm sure they help! I know internal applicants get priority of course. Anyhow, if I hear anything I'll post an update here. I hope their cohort is large this time! Best of luck to everyone! ?
Hi Breanna!
I wanted to ask since you've been through the interview process, who interviews us? Is it the lead director of nursing for the unit we chose or an HR representative?
Thank you for your help! ☺️
Hi everyone!!!
As interview week gets closer I just want to wish every single candidate the best of luck. If you are feeling nervous, just know you are not alone. This is such a big opportunity, and it is normal to feel this way. Just remember to do your best and be yourself. What is meant to be will be. Everyone should be so proud of themselves for getting this far! Woohoo!! ?
