Cedars Sinai RN New Grad Residency Fall 2021 Cohort Application

Hello! 

I applied for the RN residency program this morning around 2 am because I heard it normally closes up fairly early, but it looks like it is still going! Does anyone know information on how the process normally goes? I got an internal referral, does that improve my chances at all? Thanks in advance!

Hello! ? I heard back last week but won’t know which department I’ll be interviewing with yet until the beginning of this week. My 1st choice was: “6NE - PCU - Surgical Stepdown/Transplant - Cardiac and 6NW - PCU - Surgical Stepdown/Transplant - Liver & Kidney” & my 2nd choice was: ”5N - Cardiac Telemetry.”

Hi, I would like to ask someone how got invitation. Do you have previous job or experience of the nursing  assistant or CNA?

I will be a senior in this fall , but I do not have any experience...

Hi all! Has anyone received which unit they will be interviewing for? I know the email regarding the connectivity test said we will be receiving a department interview email, but just curious to see when that will be.

I haven't received the email confirming which department & the exact interview date. However, when I log in & go to "My Jobpage/My Submissions" & click "View Email Messages" I see two items, one item is the automated message you receive when you apply & the other item says:

Subject: Create Case - Schedule Phone Screen

From: Cedars-Sinai Careers

Sent date: Aug 17, 2021

Although it says it was sent today, I don't have an email from them. I checked my spam as well. Maybe we will be hearing something in the morning! ?

I received my official interview date/time/unit 2 hours ago. Check your email!

That's awesome! What unit did you get an interview for, first or second choice?

I also received an email for the unit. My first choice was labor and delivery and my second choice was orthopedic. I’m being interviewed for orthopedic!

Received my department interview email! My 1st choice was L&D & 2nd was 7SE & 7SW (General Medical). Received interview for L&D.

Thank you! I hope you hear back! My 1st choice was PCU & my 2nd choice was tele. I have an interview for my 1st choice!
