Since I have retired, I have taken on the role of healthcare visit companion for my 2 sisters. I can't help but notice the difference between providers, staff, and facilities. I was pleasantly surprised to see a doc palpate my sis's radial pulse while listening to her heart. Sis was a little befuddled, because almost no one feels for a radial pulse in this age of pulse oximeters. Do ya all notice little things like that?

Oh gosh. That's classic! Back when Allnurses was a lot of fun.

I still remember a thread I started asking if people said M.R.S.A or mersa. Lots of feedback.
