My school goes back Aug 12. My kids are in another district. They go back Aug 5. So I get a full week more summer.:coollook: We have a nurse meeting a couple days prior, where we'll pick up supplies and then go over to get the clinic straightened up. No telling what I'm going to find--they're supposed to be stripping the floors. Hope it gets done. My floors look nasty-wasty.

Today was actually my last day of summer school we go for 8 weeks and it was med-surg. I passed the class with an A. So my summer has officially started and I go back Aug. 19th

No rest for the tired here in the big city!!!!! Summer school ends Aug 13th. we had 6 days of no school in between the regular school year and summer (Not much time to catch ur breath!) Then I need to do annual inservice for 75 nurses and 100 health paras before the first day in September! Yes I am begging for all the Sympathy in the known universe!!!!:eek::p:coollook::bugeyes::nuke::doh:

We go back mid-August. I am working today and tomorrow reviewing immunization records.....enough said!

Hey All!!

I have hardly had a day to sit down this summer. I worked Summer School the first part, my husband deployed in June, I'm taking a stats class to prepare for an RN to BSN program and between the kids schedules and VBS at church, I haven't had time to sit.

Big change for me coming up, I'll be moving to one of the Jr High/Middle Schools in the district this fall (any advice is welcome). School starts for us on the 16th of Aug and the kids come back on the 23rd. Oh well, maybe I'll have time to rest during Thanksgiving.

break going well. Very relaxing. I don't go back until 9/1. I also scored a per diem job as a nursing shift administrator. Orientation is the 2nd week of august -so that's nice money in the pocket before going back to school.

Hi all! :)

I don't have a break. We have summer school and in-service for administration staff. Honestly I don't get it why all 4 nurses need to be here during summer. We don't do much. I'm set for this school year since last month. Our school starts on aug 5. :)
