Broward College Nursing Program January 2017

Hello to all the future Applicants for the January 17' nursing program. I know it's really early and August admission process hasn't been completed yet but I couldn't help my self. I'm so anxious to get in the program it took me a long time to get to this point. I have completed all the pre reqs that have an affect on your gpa and I have a 3.0. I recently just passed the Hesi for the second try with a 76% in anatomy, 92% in math and 80% in the other 3 sections. I'm in MGF1106 right now grades will post early Aug. so I'm going to turn in the Application right after that. I hope this forum can be used for all us to get through this waiting process together.

My status has changed to 'Pre Admission' (yay!) but I did not receive an email.

I am an Alternate as well .... I don't know how to feel :/ ... I'm happy that I was chosen as an alternate but really hope that I get a spot. Does anyone know how much alternate actually got in ?

That varies every semester. Some terms all our alternates get in; other semesters they do not.

Awe I know some of you guys are disappointed but it just wasn't you guys turn. I already put my mind on May. We just have to pick ourselves up and brush it off and now it's May turn, our turn!!!! í ½í²ªí ¼í¿¾

As for anyone wanting to take a class back over at Keiser again I know that sucks!!! $2200 is a lot of money. I've taken classes with them before and the price is insane. Keiser is one month which is enough time for the February deadline to get into May!

REMEMBER: to get into May the deadline is in February so whatever classes you need to retake you have to get on that NOW!!! No time to be sad do what you have to do to retake that class to get a better GPA!!!!! Hugs!!! ❤️

Oh me for sure!

Congrats everyone who got in! Those who may have no don't give up. I didn't get in last semester and I didn't give up even though it felt like I should. If nursing is your passion you will never give up! I know how you all feel I went through it all!

Does anyone know if keiser does a payment plan? Or do you have to pay all at once?

so as Alternate we wait to see if a seat becomes available ( someone decline or did not pass the background check)?
