I just wanted to make a thread for nursing program at BC for this coming Fall semester.
I passed the Hesi last week after 4 days of studying. (Got tired of studying the Elvesier book so I took my chances)
My overall score: 85%. My lowest score's reading: 78% ( English is my second language and I took this section last so didn't have enough time to really read the questions)
I turned in my application last Wednesday. The lady said to look for an email around May- June.
Anyone is applying for Fall? Did your status on myBC change yet?
I'm going to start mine. My friend that is in the program recommended I should so I won't rush it. He did his on CEUfast.com It's $30 for all the CEUs the only one he said can't be done was the CPR BLS. Other than that I believe all the others can be done on the website. He was told by an advisor he was able to do it with that website. So that's what he did. At BC I'm not sure the price. The reason for not starting them before is most likely to make sure everyone is doing the ones that are supposed to be done and not another version. Although online at BC website health science it tells you which ones unless it changed. It also shows under additional program info. the CEUs required. That and also the fact that certifications expire so lets say someone doesn't get in for this term they might have to redo their certifications sooner than the other students.
if its $30 for all of them then thats not bad at all. probably cheaper than BC

I'm aiming to start this fall i already sent in my application, im hoping to go to south campus. ive heard a lot of horror stories about the broward program so im so nervous to start.

dont believe the stories, i know alot of people who went to broward. the best nurses come out of this program. its not an easy program but it will be worth it
im kind of scared now because i payed my 20$ fee today and i applied last month, im hearing people say it wont get processed unless you pay it but the lady i turned it in to said that it does even if you dont pay you just have to pay before orientation. does any one know?

Decisions will not be out next week. Our goal is to have them out by June 15.
