I just wanted to make a thread for nursing program at BC for this coming Fall semester.
I passed the Hesi last week after 4 days of studying. (Got tired of studying the Elvesier book so I took my chances)
My overall score: 85%. My lowest score's reading: 78% ( English is my second language and I took this section last so didn't have enough time to really read the questions)
I turned in my application last Wednesday. The lady said to look for an email around May- June.
Anyone is applying for Fall? Did your status on myBC change yet?
Has anyone started their CEU certifications yet? I know some people do them early just because... Also I know we have to buy all white shoes did you guys get yours if so which one?
I registered for the CEUs they don't start till July and no haven't bought any supplies or uniforms yet I'm waiting to buy all that
With BC.. I already have my BLS renewed with my job so I don't have to do that and as well as OSHA but I have to see if BC will take that hopefully it's the same!
I just register for them..you can still register for CEUs before you find out they don't start until July. I just registered before they get filled up. Why do they say to do it after orientation after your accepted your accepted. No? Lol
I'm going to start mine. My friend that is in the program recommended I should so I won't rush it. He did his on CEUfast.com It's $30 for all the CEUs the only one he said can't be done was the CPR BLS. Other than that I believe all the others can be done on the website. He was told by an advisor he was able to do it with that website. So that's what he did. At BC I'm not sure the price. The reason for not starting them before is most likely to make sure everyone is doing the ones that are supposed to be done and not another version. Although online at BC website health science it tells you which ones unless it changed. It also shows under additional program info. the CEUs required. That and also the fact that certifications expire so lets say someone doesn't get in for this term they might have to redo their certifications sooner than the other students.

Are all of the courses done online do you know? And it's $30 for all of them?
