How many points does everyone have? I had to defer my seat so I will be starting in January for sure at north campus! :D if I can be of any help with questions pertaining to getting in or the HESI I will be glad to help! Good luck everyone!!

Hi Everyone,

I am starting in January and I am hoping I can go to North Campus. I can't believe it's only a few months away, getting so nervous.

Specializes in Med-Surg,Tele,ICU-Step Down, LTAC.
I took mine at FAU and I took mine on a monday and again on tuesday.

Shepata: can u send me the a&p study review?

[email protected]

i go to retake my vocabulary part of the hesi tomorrow:confused:. i studied all the words in the elvolve hesi book and i hope its enough. please pray for me guys. i really hope i passed...

Sorry guys but the review is no longer available on this website, that was helpful..So sorry guys! :( hope everyone does well.

@ Shepata...took the test yesterday and I'm sad to say I did'nt pass Vocab...92% AP, 82% reading, 90% math, 90% grammar and 70% vocab...so :crying2:...planning on taking it again though...Hopefully I do well the second time around...THANKS AGAIN for your help hun!!

@Sweething24...I agree with you about the test..but man!...the vocab was a killer for me...the thing is, I studied vocab but I guess I din't study enough...It was very tricky!...It had some vocab words on my test that were foreign to me...The test definately had a lot of the words that are in the study guide...When you had to retake the Vocab, how did you study for it?...Did you just go over the words in the study guide or you used addition resources??

Hey Gang!!!...has anyone taken the Hesi at broward college?...I need to retake the Vocab section and I'm contemplating doing it at broward...If anyone knows anything about it, please respond to this post. Also, do you know if FAU offer different versions of the test??

I took mine at FAU and I took mine on a monday and again on tuesday.

RT hi shepata do u think its possible to send me the review as well, I plan on applying to august 2012 @ broward college. [email protected]

Hey Soon2BNurseShanShan I took the Hesi at Bc central campus last month and it was easy. Just go to the library on the 2nd floor go to the desk by the computers (where all the labs are) and tell them you want to take the hesi and they will sign you up there. Then you pay for it at the cashiers office plus its cheaper! I think it's only like $60. And I don't think FAU offers different tests because I took the hesi at FAU and Bc and they were the same.

Hey everyone! I applied in July for the January 2012 Rn program for central campus! I'm so excited to find out when we get in!! :D I have a 3.23 Gpa in the prereqs and for the Hesi I got a 82% in math, a 80% in Anatomy, a 82% in vocab, a 84% in grammar and a 80% in reading. Good luck everyone :):redbeathe

Sorry to hear that you didnt pass the vocab. now you have to pay 60 bucks to retake only one part. awkard !

well the first time i took it, i didnt really look at the vocab part. but after i fell the test, i read and memorize 10 to 15 words in he vocabulary everyday. whenever i was free i just look and try to be familiar with the words. it wont take that long to know all the vocabulary section since you already know the meaning of some words. dont give up. try to make an appointement to retake it as soon as possible. dont forget the deadline is sept 15. and alot of people are applying. My advice to you is to take 1 day and memorize all of them and review another day and take the test in case you have to retake it again (just to be on the safe side). in vocab i went from a 71 to 80. you only need 75 . so dont discourage you can do it !

Good luck buddy !
