Published

Hey everyone!

This is a thread for anyone applying for the January 2012 class at Broward college for the generic nursing track. July 16th was the date to start applying and I believe it closes sometime in October. How many points does everyone have? I had to defer my seat so I will be starting in January for sure at north campus! :D if I can be of any help with questions pertaining to getting in or the HESI I will be glad to help! Good luck everyone!!

Heyyy tiff01! Yes it did show the warning sign but I read from a previous thread, Twana says it alwalys does that. So you should have nothing to worry about.

OK now for the good stuff, I have:

WJ for pharm

PD for math

CSJ for process 1

:chair:

LF FOR 1 lab

KG for process 2

LF for 2 lab

Tiff01, mine gave me that same warning. It was in reference to the pharmacology class with Jackman reference #417736. I don't know why it did that. Everything was entered correctly. The schedule even says the class is in South Campus. So I don't know what the problem is. I tried calling the campus, but the phone line is busy. I'm sure they are getting overloaded with phone calls and I'm sure they are being asked this same question as well. I'm gonna call back later when everything cools down.

Okay, I just got off the phone with the health science department at South Campus. They told me it was just a glitch. As long we are using the reference number they provided, everything is fine. =)

^ Seems like BC was having problems, I had a similar issue with NUR1210 and I finally was able to add it. Try refreshing BC told my friend they were fixing some problems they had.

I registered for Central campus. Looks like we didn't have as many classes to choose between like the other campuses, but I chose Math on Thursday. I had such a hard time choosing between North or Central campus because of the horrible stories I've heard about Central but I decided that Central is more convenient for me and I'm up for the challenge. I work at Cleveland Clinic right now and a lot of the Central campus students do clinicals here. They all seem to still be breathing and smiling so it can't be that bad. I've spoken with many of them and they all say that it definitely will be hard and to prepare yourself to cry a lot the first semester, but if you are dedicated, motivated and determined you will get through it.

I'm extremely excited and can't wait until orientation on November 16th!!! CHEERS to everyone that has made it this far!!! We all deserve it!!! Now let's all put our game face on!!! :nurse: :yeah:
