Breast Implants

Published

I was just wondering how you feel about this subject. Do you have them? Would you get them? Have you cared for patients with them and what was your experience? Have you seen any good or bad outcomes?

What a timely thread for me... I am considering getting implants. Actually I have made my decision-- trying on those implants at the consultation I had yesterday really made it for me. I would have the surgery today if I could.

I always thought someday my breasts would grow. I am 26, have two kids and am a 34 AA that strangely manages to also be saggy:uhoh21:

I am going to be a C cup when I am done. I am having it done for myself. Because when I think I look good, I also feel good. Same reason I am dieting to lose the baby weight (two months postpartum, 8 lbs to go) and I go to the gym to stay in shape.

I am actually hoping no one notices I got them done, I really don't want to have to explain myself. But I can't wait to go bra shopping at Victoria's Secret (for the first time, they don't sell 34AA very often).

So, thanks for all the input, I really did consider all the advice and thoughts... and that's what I came up with.

ive been thinking about this thread alot since it started....... it doesnt take any arm twisting for me to think about boobs, and i come to the conclusion........ that for those women that think they would have better self esteem and confidence by having surgery they should go for it........... but just remember there is a chance that you have problems with the surgery and would end up more emotionally and mentally scared... i hope this never happen but it could. all i know is i like big "natural" boobs but you know the weird thing the most gorgous woman/friend i know has almost no boobs, ive never seen her topless but from what i can tell there small, but you know what it doesnt matter she is just a fantastic person with a great smile and those dimples.....man they do it for me. when she enters a room you could of been having the crappiest day but on seeing her you've just got to smile. even just thinking about her makes me feel great. i just wish all women that had low self esteem didnt.....

The more i read this thread, the more the word "boobs" annoys me. It reminds me of high school. They're breasts.

Unless we want to start calling memberes "wangs" or any other slang terminology in a thread about memberes. I'm all for equality.

As for the individuals, male or female, that have a preference for "big" [breasts], good luck finding natural ones, it's becoming far less common as the days go by.

I think we may have a whole generation that have never actually felt a real human breast..... these posts remind me of a quote I heard once-- "I used to think that the bigger the breasts the less intelligent the woman, but actually it's the bigger the breasts the less intelligent the MAN". I don't remember who said it, but being a small breasted woman, I liked it! ;)

At least i can say that being a part of the smaller crowd, i won't be tripping over them when i'm 80. Which i'm grateful for.

I'll call it what it is, and not anything else.

I get spam e-mails all the time for stuff to make various body parts larger (or do things beyond their normal capabilities), and promptly trash them. As for the surgery, I would never have that done. Now, if I could just lose some extra weight.......... ;)

Seriously, I know a couple of people who have had the enlargment/augmentation/whatever procedure done and wondered about all the things that amount of money could be used for (i.e., paying one-half of the remaining mortgage on one of my houses). I guess some feel that they need to have "big'uns", but after a while, it makes little difference in the larger scheme of things.

If people would put their best foot forward and just be themselves, they could save time, money, and disappointment. I have heard some say that having larger breasts will boost their self-esteem. If it makes them feel better, then they should spend the money and go for it. I wil bet that many years down the road, they will be disappointed by the results (or lack thereof).

Also, I know several ladies who are probably an "A" or "B" (no, I have not asked them :D), and they are drop-dead sexy, just they way they are.

Atleast men who use steroids WORK hard for what they achieve unlike women who have lipo and botox.
Cosmetic surgery is legal. Recreational steroids are not. I'm sensing a touch of 'roid rage! You should slow down a little. You can lose your license.
