Bored!!!!

I'm bored! Now that we are in winter break, there is nothing to do! Anyone feel the boredom while we wait for the crazy spring semester?

Yep! I am super bored! I don't work so my break is a break from everything and I hate having nothing to do with my mind! I like being in classes, until about the last couple weeks of the semester, then I am ready for some time off. However, a month is a long time to have free time! I am trying to just enjoy this last year of being free from working, as it will be the last year for a lonnnnng time!

Unfortunatly no boredom here... My daughter's birthday was Dec. 21st and my hubby's was yesterday, then of course there was Christmas. I work full time on top of everything else but it is nice to go directly home after work instead of to class. I am fortunate though, my classes start back Jan. 20th so I still have a couple weeks for boredom to set in!!

Yep, I'm so bored! If there is one thing I can't stand it's being bored. I can't wait til the semester starts on jan 23. I'm counting down the days although when it gets here I'll probably regret it. As for now I say bring it on! There is only so much tv, comp and video games that I can take. Ugh!

Another bored person here. :anbd: I quit my job to give all my attention to NS. I still have another week before classes start. I don't even have my books yet (wheres that darn financial aid check :thnkg:)

Not having anything to read or study is a boring thing. My house is clean and I think I must have watched 20 movies so far in 3 weeks. School starts next week. LAST SEMESTER. YEAH

holy mackerel, i'm bored. i'm afraid to tell people though cause then i get the inevitable nerd jokes! just sayin, they keep nursing students busy enough during the semester that a whole lot of nothing is hard to handle!

oh well...i'm still pretty happy about finally being able to get control of eating and exercise habits. hopefully i can keep it up when school starts!

I'm bored too! I start my program on Monday and can't wait. I am a mom of two, a wife and a student (worked full time until getting laid off back in May), so needless to say not working and not having school for the last month is driving me crazy............................:banghead:

I know.............I'll probably be eating these words a month from now, heck maybe even a week from now.:yeah:

Not so much bored here since work gave me more hours over the break, but it's definitely been strange to have 'normal' hours and days without scrambling around. As someone said before me, it's so odd to go from 0-60 only to hit a dead stop for a few weeks.

I've been reading and reviewing but am trying to enjoy myself, too - catching up with family, doing errands and getting things out of the way, organizing the house and such. It feels like an accomplishment after a semester of things being in shambles, lol!

I'm so board - well, not really as I have a toddler and a husband at home to take care of... but I can't even start classes yet because I can't find financial aid! I need a grant, scholarship or loan for about $3500 before I can even start! GGGRRRRR

I have been on break since Dec. 14th and I am *SO* ready to go back! Before break I was so burnt out and couldn't wait to start but now that I have been doing literally nothing for the past 4 weeks (except for catching up on sleep which was nice...:D) I'm literally bored to tears :crying2: Thank goodness classes start on Monday...just a few more days of boredom/freedom left lol!

I'm bored, but I'm not ready to start back yet. I am on edge. I just cant seem to relax. part of me wants to climb into bed for the next two days (I work sat/sun and start back Monday) and the other part wants to obsess over my school books and pre-read everything. eh. I'll probably knock out some more of my school work, even though I hate the thought, lol. I'm definitely *out* of school mode at this point. Vacation went on too long. I wish we could have more mini breaks during the year and less huge ones.
