How do you all think your teas went this morning?

I think it went much better than the last one!! I hope I did better than

average. I hope I got more than just a 60%. As much as I studied, I still

feel like there were a few questions I was unsure about. We will see. Jennamec

They sent me a copy of my acceptance agreement today saying they received it, so I hope they start the rest of everythings soon . ..

Take care

I think testing went well for me, but I was a bit unsure about some of it. I just checked ATI & my results aren't posted yet. I also spoke with the lasy at the front and she said that they haven't received my transcripts, sat scores, references, etc. I don't know why because I mailed them on May 26th & I put 4 stamps on my manilla envelope.

I will be calling up there tomorrow to see if they received it yet.

I know it's hard not to get stressed right now. I have been thinking

about my test scores since Sat. I keep going over it in my mind the

questions I was sure on, the ones I was unsure on, and the ones I

knew I got wrong. I keep guessing what my score "might" be. I can't wait until tomorrow!! I'm trying to stay positive! Good luck!!

The tests are in!! I passed!! I actually did better than average.

I am so thrilled! Now, I just wait to hear from the school. Jennamec

I failed the test.

Oh my goodness, i am so sorry. I would just keep pursing this.

Don't let this stop you from becoming a nurse, you can do it. This

is just a speed bump, which "sucks" right now. I'm sorry. Jenna

Hello everyone. I also applied and took my TEAS test this past Saturday. I did well, my scores were all above the average. I am a junior at VCU and have taken many upper level sciences and felt the science section was surprisingly tricky! Those of you who are accepted--Have you attended college at all? What is your GPA and TEAS scores? I am just trying to figure out the probability of acceptance! :) Thanks.

I have been at JSR for three semesters now. I completed a lot

of my nursing courses. My gpa is a 3.5. My teas scores were 78% science, and

67% math. I am happy with that considering what the averages are. Good Luck to ya!! You'll be fine, don't worry!! Jennamec

I was accepted for this fall, and I graduated from JMU with a BA in the spring of last year. I didn't need many sciences with my degree, (I'm just this summer taking a&p I) so I'm not sure how large of a factor my college gpa was in my getting in, but I'm still not sure exactly what they favor more when determining someone's acceptance. I did ok on my teas, 97.5 on reading, 68.9-math, 87.6-science, 89.1-english. I'm sure you have a great chance at getting in!

kmt, How long after you turned in your application did you hear from the school?

It has only been 2 weeks for me and I just took the teas Saturday. I hope I hear by July. Thanks for the info. I know they accept a certain % of people with a BA degree. My friend got in last year having a BA, even though her gpa was barely a C avg. Hopefully, we will meet in the fall!!! Jennamec
