I was thinking I could get by without one, but since I'm doing this all online, I need to get a kinesthetic learning modality involved in learning. (I've discovered this as I'm skimming the bones.) While we have APRevealed (excellent program), I need something more. I looked at several at Barnes & Noble the other day, but was wondering if any were better than others? Any suggestions?

We use the Anatomy & Physiology Coloring Workbook (ninth edition) by Marieb. who also is the author of our text so it coincides well with the reading. I think it's pretty good. I got it through Amazon which had a lot of different ones.

I also have the Kaplan book and I love it! I looked at many others, but this is the one I liked the best.

Just thought I would move this up sense I am taking it this summer and I will be looking for books within the next few weeks.

I used "Human Anatomy and Physiology Coloring Workbook and Study Guide" by Anderson. In addition to the coloring diagrams, it also has crossword puzzles and practice tests for each chapter.

I picked up a barely-used Marieb 5th edition at the used book store for a couple bucks -- I've really liked how it is also a study guide/self quiz at the same time.
