Hello everyone!
Now that the 2018 January applications are open, I thought that a thread should be started about it.
To those that are wondering, I'm applying with:
A&P 1 - A-
A&P 2 - A-
Psychology - A-
English - A-
Physics (elective 1) - A-
Philosophy (elective 2) - B
So, overall I'm applying with a 3.55 GPA. I have no previous degree, or relevant work experience. However, I do have relevant volunteer experiences.
I'm so nervous about my chances getting in. How are you guys feeling? What are your grades like?
Good luck to us all! :)
It may be helpful to search " communication skills Heath care", " interpersonal skills health care", " leadership and professionalism health care", " self-regulation nursing students." These are the topics indicated in the email. Also search for job interview skills to see how to answer questions.
I found this link hope it's helpful:
I've managed to finish the questionnaire with only having 10 seconds left just to check for any spelling/grammar errors lol. Most of the questions were easy to follow but there was one question that I had to think really hard how to associate it using my skills effectively. Wishing everyone good luck!!

How many words did you write per question? I answered each question with about 200 words. I'm worried they'll think I wasn't trying hard enough.

I wrote more than 200 words per each question but carefully took account the maximum limit of 250. I tend to be wordy and go off topic sometimes so that's also my problem. Honestly, we shouldn't focus too much on the word limit rather answer all the questions briefly in a way that showcases all our personal and professional experiences. They care more about what's in the content. That being said, our ability to comply with rules (i.e time limit or word limit) is essential since it gives them the idea that we can formulate specific examples in just a short period of time.
Guys..I just did the questionnaire.. is it normal that it says Attempt 1 submitted ? I didn't have time to finish my last sentence :-( was the quiz submitted regardless without me having to take any action? Omg....can you confirm that by Attempt 1 submitted it means I submitted all my answers?

Did you press "save answer"? I think it'll submit whatever you last "save answer" for.
Attempt 1 submitted just means it submitted whatever you typed before the time was up AND whatever you also saved answer for. Hope this makes sense.

I had the same reaction when I did mine yesterday. Regardless of what we wrote after the time is over, it will be automatically saved from the time we last hit that save button. Anything beyond that time won't be save at all. I think "Attempt 1" just means that we can only attempt the quiz once and can't go back after it's been submitted.

Let's not talk negative about others in this group. There are many comments already about how the questionnaire worked last year. And I'm sure if you look through past forum you would find help as well. But remember that those who have already done the questionnaire have every right to stay quiet, it wouldn't be fair to give a leg up to everyone else. It's a competition and just because you are not being told what the questions are doesn't make those people petty. Just Be prepared and do the best you can.
