Hi everyone! I know the application for the nurse residency program for BSWH opened up on June 22 and figured that I would start a thread to update each other on it. Good luck ?

For those with multiple interviews, did you have to submit the reference email for each interview? Or was it just the one time

I just had an interview with BUMC and it was panel style! She asked if Dennis told me but he definitely didn't LOL

Did y’all have different times to chose from? Since we had so many times to chose from I thought it wasn’t going to be panel but who knows LOL

I had times to choose from, but it also could have been that I chose a time that an entire panel was available, I guess you won't know until the interview starts, but definitely prepare for it

What exactly does “panel style” mean? Just like multiple people in the room?

When I thought panel, I was saying like other applicants with us! For example, you, me & 6 other MICU applicants in the same video interview

Oh I'm sorry, I meant panel in the sense that there were multiple people interviewing you at once. At least that's what happened with me!
