Hi everyone! I know the application for the nurse residency program for BSWH opened up on June 22 and figured that I would start a thread to update each other on it. Good luck ?

Dallas

The manager was late for our interview.

The educator joined our meeting late and once she started asking questions, the nurse manager started making phone calls, which I could hear.

The nurse manager got up during our interview and went to the restroom and I heard the toilet flush...not even kidding.

I have no tolerance for rude behavior and this was rude.

I had a very similar situation with Methodist Richardson. I got an offer with them and declined it. I would not wanna work there! I’m sorry that happened to you! What unit was it at Dallas?

got an ER interview tomorrow. Any idea what type of questions to expect? The recruiter told me up to 12 people could be in our meeting.

12 people for one interview???? Sheesh LOL

That’s so many people... oh god! Tell us how it goes tho! Goodluck! I heard they ask behavioral questions but I don’t know anything else about the interviews
