mine said phone interview only, how many kinds of videos they usually conducting?

describe a time where you had a conflict with a co-worker and how did you find a solution, describe a time where a patient didn't have an expected outcome and what did you do, tell me about your self, etc, why are you interested in our unit..........I think those took up the most time. I think they also asked "what would you do if there was a patient coming into the ED with a heart attack"
