Does BRCC still mail out acceptance letters in June??? I'm eager to know!! If so, I have a long wait!

I had a 4.0 GPA, 98 HESI score, and took all my classes at BRCC. When I went to the nursing school yesterday to accept and get my info packet they told me my Rank was 1. I was so excited and shocked! I've been working my butt off all semester I'm so glad to see it pay off. :D

Congrats to everyone else! I can't wait to meet you all this fall!! :)

Wow that's awesome! Congrats! I worked really hard in all my pre-req classes as well. I did end up w/ one "B", which was in A&P. I wouldn't take that class over for nothing in the world! Lol!

Well good! Lol. I couldn't figure out my GPA. I have all A's and a B in a 4 credit course (A&P). Is that a 3.8 or 3.75???

I couldn't figure out mine either! lol I used a gpa calculator online. That should be a 3.75

I don't know anyone personally, but when I picked up my info packet I was told that we have several deadlines to meet before August. We absolutely MUST have the indicated item done by the date or we could lose our position. Also we had to return the letter with our intent to accept by June 12. Some people might have applied to more than one school or changed their mind and won't accept. So it seems to me that there are a lot of opportunities for people to miss a deadline or otherwise lose their spot.
