Does BRCC still mail out acceptance letters in June??? I'm eager to know!! If so, I have a long wait!

First week of June after final grades from spring semester have been submitted, since many applicants are finishing up the last of their pre-reqs. I'm anxiously awaiting for June to arrive.

Personally, I wouldn't apply to nursing school w/ the bare minimum. Meaning--- A&P 2 & Micro is not a requirement when u apply, but I would still take those courses & be done w/ it! I've herd how hard it is taking any other classes w/ nursing classes. When u apply......u should have everything! I wish that was a standard rule!!!!! I'm eager 2 know NOW! Lol

I agree, I'd never apply with the bare minimum, it's definitely best to get the co-reqs completed by the time you start the program. All I have left is A&P 2 over the summer and all my co-reqs will be complete. I definitely did not want to juggle any co-reqs and nursing classes together, talk about a nightmare.

I hope I get in the program! I wasn't too happy about my Hesi scores, but I do have all A's & 1 B in my pre-reqs, and I took all classes at BRCC.

Now that finals are over I don't have anything to keep me occupied and I've become very impatient waiting for my letter! Although, I had heard they are mailed out the second week of June. I hope it is the first week though, I don't think by then I'd be able to wait any longer!

I agree!! I already had all the required pre-reqs needed to apply. I was taking A&P II this semester, because I didnt want to take it while in nursing school! Hopefully, I get in..... I did email the Dean & she said they will try to have letters mailed out by the 1st week in June!!

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up and good luck! I'm taking A&PII over the summer. Not looking forward to it being 3 hrs 4 days a week but I want to get it out of the way.

Hi! I applied to the program as well, and I'm soooooo anxious to know ! I heard the letters would arrive first week of June. I'm also taking the A&P II this summer. We are in the same class.....since they are only offering one! GOod luck.

Yeah I took her this Spring. She's a vet. She is not a bad teacher. Sometimes, I felt she rushed a bit because she was out so many days this semester. Do all Mastering A&P homework quizzes. She will give you credit even if you get them wrong. I came out of there with a "C" & I wasn't really focused this semester! Good Luck!

Okay..... So.... I've already herd nursing letters go out the 1st week in June! I wonder if letters go out at the beginning or end of the week??? It's been a long wait....... I'm anxious & nervous!! One more question.. If I get a denial letter will they tell me why & what number I am on the list?
