I'm sure you will. Your scores are better than my scores, but it depends on who you are up against & if u took all classes at BRCC. I believe u have a good chance of getting in.

It was above 85% overall. I know for sure I scored above an 75% in each subject. Can't remember. I know the GPA has more weight than the HESI score.

Yes, you will receive your score right after or via e-mail later that day. The test is very basic. Fractions, must know all conversions... 1gm=1000mg, etc. vocabulary, reading comprehension, grammar.. The book in the library was very helpful!! The format is the same.. You will only have 2 hours to finish so make sure you pay close attention to the time.

They use a point system. GPA, HESI score, & the # of pre-req classes taken at BRCC. I took all my classes at BRCC. I had a 3.74 GPA & made an 86 on the HESI. Also, you must make above a 76 in all categories on the HESI. So far, the 1st semester was a breeze. For me anyway. I hope this helps.

Yea, but the Fundamentals book is the most Important. I think it's cheaper on Amazon.

I finally got the Fundamentals book yesterday afternoon. I'm wondering... For the ppl that purchased their fundamentals book on Amazon... Did it come as a bundle? The set at purchased at BRCC comes with 3 CD's and a study guide book. I herd they will ask us to watch the videos on them! Anyway.... I'm ready!!! Are you?

Question...... What are the specifications for shoes? I know they should be all white & leather. I like the all white leather boat shoes. The top Is more open, than the typical clogg/Danski shoe.

Yes I know. I can't use my computer at work, because it does the same thing. I can only pull it up on my iPhone or iPad. I'm not sure why??

Oh gosh!! LOLA did the same thing to me. I actually had to reset my password. I clicked on the tab "reset password" and followed the instructions.

Yes, I've been told some places will not accept your LPN experience. I think it's a bunch of crap tho. In several settings LPN's do just as much or everything an RN will do. As a floor nurse, we can't do IV push or hang blood, but we are experienced in the rest of the job duties. A new RN grad wouldn't know where to start! Oh well.... It's LIFE! We can go back & forth with this one. I hope I can find a job that will consider my LPN experience when I finish RN school.
