Did anyone apply to Baptist Health's Nurse Residency Program?? The application was only open for like a week.. I applied about a week ago as soon as I saw it! I believe they said the start date was September 28th.
For everyone that has done the panel interview was it difficult?? My friend interviewed with them 2 years ago and she said it was intimidating and difficult compared to other interviews.
Questions they will possibly ask? Did they mention when they will get back to you with a decision? Just curious if anyone has already received an offer since we all had different dates for interviews some earlier than others.
Thank you!!

The West Kendall interview was much harder than I expected. The Baptist main interview is far easier. I was asked multiple clinical questions such as “what if a patient says they really miss their dog, what would you do?” “As you’re leaving your shift, You find a person roaming around the Parking garage in a hospital gown and looking confused, what would you do?” “You walk into a patients room and they’re unresponsive, what do you do next?” And a bunch others. Just an idea. I guess I found it harder because I was expecting something similar to the Baptist main interview.

WHAT?! OMG. That is definitely not what I was expecting. I was expecting the typical questions that are asked in every interview. I didn't know each hospital asked different questions. I'm interviewing for Baptist main so I am praying it's not difficult. Thank you for this I appreciate it! Goodluck!

I had my west Kendall interview yesterday and I did not interview for baptist main so I cannot compare them but yes they asked me these same questions yesterday and a few others, one was sort of about working with different members of the healthcare team and they also asked me about a skill during clinicals that I was not comfortable doing at first. They did not really tell me when they would get back to me regarding whether or not I got the job but at the end of my interview one of them said that HR will call me so I'm not sure if that is a good sign. For anybody that interviewed at west kendall do you guys know when we should know the decision? I am not an internal transfer so I'm sure it takes some more time because spots might be limited for us.

They told me HR would call this upcoming week! We’ll know soon enough. Good luck ?

I was told March 15th is the start date when they called with the job offer.
