Congrats to everyone who has gotten an offer!
I received an offer last week from baptist main. I still haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet but I was told by HR that I should be receiving it and additional information no later than this week, so we’ll see.
Good luck to those who are still interviewing and waiting for a response!! ?

Congrats, everyone! I just got an offer from West Kendall. Super excited. ?

I had the med-surge interview Monday and received an offer the same day for Baptist main. It was pretty chill and they only asked three questions: Describe a time that you made someone feel welcomed, describe a time that you were part of a team, what do you think being a research hospital entails, and describe yourself. The pay is $27 for everyone starting, $28 second year, and $30 third year. Med-surge includes specialities like oncology, pulmonary, telemetry. I think you just get the first offer from whoever liked you most during the panel interview. I believe they said they were gonna keep doing panel interviews for med-surge for the next three weeks so don’t lose hope!

Is the pay $27 for every specialty within medsurg(cardiac, telemetry, step down, oncology, etc) or just $27 for the general medsurg unit? Thank you!

It seems the pay is the same for everyone who was given an offer, regardless of the unit.

Also for those that are wondering the night shift differential is $6.

Did anyone receive an offer letter or have their background checked yet?

I have yet to receive the offer letter or anything else. I was called by HR on Thursday with the job offer and she told me that somebody else was going to call me regarding other information on either Friday or Monday but I have yet to receive the call.

I haven’t heard anything either since they called on Wednesday. My status changed to completed. That’s about it.

I got my offer letter and other information to fill out this morning. I originally received the job offer over the phone on Feb. 1, so it took them about 2 weeks to send it after that.

I got the job offer and interview that day too. Still haven’t received the letter. Apparently I should receive it today before noon.
