Baptist Health Fall 2020 Nurse Residency (South Florida)

Did anyone apply to Baptist Health's Nurse Residency Program?? The application was only open for like a week.. I applied about a week ago as soon as I saw it! I believe they said the start date was September 28th.

I was reading posts from people who applied 2-3 years ago & it looks like many people received offers after Valentines Day. The job listing is still open so they still might be accepting applicants. I was told it would be removed once they reach business needs.  So hopefully if we don't hear anything this week we should know by next week as well.

OK, that's so awesome! Did you have an interview already? What did they ask?

I just had my interview with medsurg Baptist. They asked me about working with multidisciplinary team. if you see a patient wondering around with a gown on what do you do. why baptist. and another question or two but I cant remember :S

 

they said that I should know by the end of the week

I interviewed with baptist main today for medsurg. They asked about my clinical & my CNA experience. I was asked the question about the person wandering in a hospital gown, how to work with a multidisciplinary team, etc. 

They also informed me that HR will be reaching out to me by the end of the week.
