Hey guys! I really need help with a job offer I received. I was offered a job at a skilled nursing facility. 20-30 patient to nurse ratio. Is this normal? Also, the other main discouraging factor for me is that I was told I would only be trained for 3 days...4 days maximum. Is this normal as well??? Im not sure how comfortable I would feel after only 3 days. Can someone please give me insight. Thank you

It makes me nervous that you guys graduated in December and are still searching? I graduated in May. IDK why I thought it wasn't going to take TOO long to find a job.

So weird.. I got the under consideration email as well and then it changed to no longer under consideration. Now my application status says "complete" again. However in their email I noticed it did say this: PLEASE NOTE: When viewing your online submission, the following status “Not Under Consideration” may not accurately reflect your current step in our process. So I'm sure it means nothing. I just expected to hear back by now!

I've applied everywhere as well..and have not heard back or been denied. I've applied to Memorial Healthcare nurse residency, mount sinai miami beach residency, Baptist residency,HCA residency, UM, Cleveland clinic... at this point I'm running out of options! I went to school out of state so that's probably hurting my chances as well ugh
