If you have a .edu email address you can get an Amazon Prime membership free for one year. It normaly costs $79 for a year! With Prime you get free 2-day shipping and can upgrade to overnight shipping for $4. You just have to give your .edu address and tell them your state and major. They send you a confirmation email and voila! You have free Prime!

i just clicked the link and was logged in as my existing account... it upgraded that account, but sent the verification email to my .edu email address. My original email address associated with my account is still the point of contact for the account.
